• International packages will be held by request only until USPS pandemic protocol is lifted (unsure when that is).
• Any missing or lost packages will be inquired about but please contact within 20 days of shipment. Anything after that and usps wont help me but I will do my best to correct the situation.

Domestic Orders:

United States : USPS First class mail = 4-10 day delivery time & Tracking                 
USPS Flat rate Priority Mail = 2-5 day delivery time & Tracking

USPS Express Mail = Over night deliver & Tracking

**during the holidays please allow 5-10 more days for delivery**

International Orders:

USPS First class international = 1-2 week delivery time with Customs Form Number

USPS First class package international = 5-10 day delivery time & Tracking

USPS Express Mail = 3-5 business day delivery time & Tracking

*** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ***
A USPS Customs Form Number will be added to your order for first class packages. This number will only work once your order LEAVES the United States. There is a separate Tracking Number available that tracks the order while it is INSIDE the United States. I keep this information on my end of the order so that in case the item is returned I can verify if it left the US.
However, if your order does not arrive within 4 weeks of the ship date, please contact me for instructions.
* Please note: Not all USPS locations will scan tracking/custom form numbers. There may be a lapse in between scans.

Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are sent only if an item can NOT be replaced.
• Package must be returned in original unused condition for a full refund. 
• Please contact us about any issues prior to returning the order so that we may instruct you on the next step.
• Returns are possible as long as the item is in unused condition and is returned with all included Gifts, Packaging and Paperwork.
• Returns are processed and a refund is issued only after the item has arrived back to us, the condition of the return is verified and tracking has updated through USPS.
• A partial refund may be issued if the returned item is not in unused condition or if packaging has been damaged during return shipping. 
• Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

 Each payment provider listed above has varying payouts ranging from 3-15 business days. Orders will not be sent until the payment provider secures the funds and disburses them to me. Please keep these extra days in mind when ordering. A full list of payment providers can be found at the bottom of your screen.

*Tip: If you need your items ASAP please use PayPal as your payment method. These orders will ship out in 7-14 business days and will not be delayed by bank transactions. *
